Two Logistic center buildings situated in Koropi, constructed by the Margaritidis Group of Companies.

For the upper building construction ended on 2006 and the building has a 5000 sqm space of logistic storage space on the ground floor and 1350 sqm of offices on the upper floor. Today it's the main logistic facility for KORE SA, MEBGAL SA, and LINARDAKIS LOGISTIC SA.

For the second building construction was ended on 2022 and the building has a 2600 sqm space of logistic storage space on the ground floor and 400 sqm meters of offices on the upper floor. Today its used by the RECORDS HAUB SA for their main logistic center and offices in Athens.
