An Architectural heritage building located in Athinas Street at the heart of the historic athens center, which was bought by Margaritidis Group of Companies and fully restored and renovated.

We finished restoring and renovating the building on 2005 and currently the building accomodates a variety of shops on the ground floor and a 4 star hotel on the upper floors which also has a roof garden restaurant with great acropolis views.
