An architectural heritage building situated in the center of piraeus which was bought by Margaritidis group of comanies and fully restored and renovated. We finished restoring and renovating the building on 2008 and currently the building accomodates on the ground & upper floors two large shops members of inditex group( Pull & Bear & Bershka) and on the middle a coffee bar restaurant.

It's location in Vasileos Georgiou street at Piraeus and its size makes it one of the largest restored architectural heritage buildings in Piraeus.
